Raleigh Market Stabilizes

Raleigh’s T3 rents have risen this year following a slowdown in late 2022, up 0.3% as of April, 10 basis points higher than the U.S. YoY rent growth stayed modest, at 2.8%, with the occupancy rate softening 130 bps to 94.1%.
