Paul Fiorilla is Director of Research at Yardi Matrix, where he oversees national and metro outlooks and white papers on industry trends. With 25+ years in the industry, his background spans CMBS and CRE capital markets coverage at Commercial Mortgage Alert and investment research at Prudential Real Estate Investors (now PGIM). He serves as volunteer Editor in Chief of the CRE Finance Council magazine and contributes regularly to publications by AFIRE, NAREIM, Institutional Investor, CREFC and PREA.
