How We Report Key Employers within Apartment Proximities

The Key Employers report is updated quarterly through governmental and private sources. The term “Key Employers” is defined as including employers of 250 employees and larger. Key employers are identified by proximity to a subject apartment property, then mapped, using Google Maps.

Necessarily, employment information is approximate – reflective of dynamic change expected in employment market conditions, and limited access to precise employment figures. Employment is reported as of a point in time, and is representative for-the-most-part.
