Student housing strength holds as rent growth slows
Preleasing across Yardi 200 schools reached 93% in August, pointing to another solid year for occupancy. However, advertised rents have slipped and leasing-season rent growth has been low, with early enrollment data suggesting weaker growth as many universities experience a drop in international enrollment.
