Preleasing nears 90% as rent growth picks up
Yardi 200 preleasing was close to 90% in July as fall move-ins approached. Advertised rents held for the sixth consecutive month, while annual growth accelerated. However, performance remains uneven due to concentrated new supply in several large markets and declining international enrollment.
