YoY Advertised Rate Decline Continues to Lessen in 2025
While annual advertised rates have been dropping at the national level for 28 months, the rate of decline has slowed, and quite a few top metros actually saw advertised rates increase year-over-year in January. The pace of decline is expected to continue slowing in the first half of 2025 as supply pressures ease.
