Storage Industry Sees Reduced Declines in Advertised Rate Growth
As anticipated, advertised rate performance continued to see improvements in November, especially compared to aggressive rent drops at the end of last year. While advertised rates do continue to decrease year-over-year, the declines in growth have lessened nationwide and in most of the Yardi Matrix top 30 metros.
