Multifamily rents hit weak season

Multifamily and SFR-BTR advertised rents dropped again in November and are well off summer peaks, as 90% of the Matrix top 30 metros have posted negative growth over the last three months. The question remains whether the performance is seasonal or the result of weakening job growth and consumer confidence.
