Matrix Multifamily Albuquerque Report-September 2024
Albuquerque’s advertised asking rents rose 0.5 percent on a YoY basis through July, 20 bps ahead of the U.S. growth rate. Amid high volumes of deliveries, occupancy decreased 50 bps YoY to a still healthy 94.9 percent in June.
