In response to client feedback, we are pleased to announce the introduction of a new data element and searchable field: Traffic Count.
Traffic Count leverages Federal and State agency data on daily automobile trips by address.
You’ll see it as a new field in property details and as a search criteria in many of our reports across all asset classes.
Self Storage additional search criteria:
In addition, we’ve added a few other criteria when searching on Self Storage assets:
- Storage Square Feet of inventory per capita (1,3,5 mile radii)
- Storage Average Rent per Square foot (1,3,5 mile radii)
- Traffic Counts- vehicle trips per day
