Yardi® Matrix Mobile App

Our mobile app for Multifamily, in advanced beta since February, has now been released. You’ll find it in the Google Play Store and iPhone App Store by searching Yardi Matrix.

Thank you to the >100 clients who tested the beta version and gave us some great feedback. We’ve incorporated some of those changes, others will be forthcoming.

Our mobile app is “tuned” for work you’ll do on the fly while you are out in the field or touring properties and the competitive environment.

Key features

• Comprehensive property detail on-the-go – property photos, unit mix, rental rates, ownership, management, sales history, current loan information and driving directions
• Take your work with you – pull up saved property groups for quick review and reference while out of the office
• Quick location access and search filters – pull up properties in your immediate area, and filter them based on basic criteria: ratings, size, year built, development status, and household restrictions
• Company search, contact information and portfolios – access our database of true property owners (not LLCs) and managers right from your phone, including contacts and property portfolios
