Dear Clients and Friends,
We are pleased to announce that with this week’s (8/22/16) release, we have extended our US multifamily forecast period for rents to 10 years and introduced occupancy forecasts for a similar period.
In addition we have introduced forecasts for the same variables and time periods at the sub-market level.
You will find them in the Multifamily Reports Menu under Rental and Occupancy Forecast Trend.
This release covers the largest ~60 Metro areas (68 markets). Forthcoming future releases will extend coverage to all of our multifamily markets.
Thank you for being our client, and we welcome your feedback.
Regards,
Jeff Adler
Vice President, Yardi® Matrix
